Only reason I give this company one star is because I cannot give them zero. I've had them for over a year. In the beginning of service, I felt like everything was great. After almost 3-4 years of happy service, must say, I'm not longer happy. The owners have assigned a person who has no interest on keeping things in the proper for services. When the owners used to clean our pool, they were sharp, communicative and very understanding of simple issues. They have assigned a younger tech who cares less for basic cleaning, knocked a jet cover, broke a few lights of our string lights and I am the one constantly having to remind the pool tech to vacuum the bottom of the pool. They dumped trash on our property. We emailed them to request for removal. They said they would do next time we come. But they did not. It took me a few more phone calls to get them out here to clean the trash. They also did not clean the worms in our pool. And they argue that they are new worms because the original ones are vacuumed away. So we got new worms right after they cleaned our pool? This is totally insulting. Please don't use this company.
