We have a lake day every summer and ALWAYS rent from these guys. Customer service is top notch and their equipment is well maintained. Matt is awesome and so helpful.
Edited reply to their response for my original review - Honest mistake from staff is using F word on the spur, a senior over 65, was asked if he knew English and then was scolded. At that point, it was no longer an honest mistake—it felt deliberate and like a targeted, racist attack. The situation started with a reflex action during a jet ski return. It only cost 5 dollars and was challenging.
Beautiful location with great attractions. Just a rude staff. They did a great job of making us feel unwelcome.
