Alyssa is so helpful and friendly! She answered all my questions. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend!!
Facilities are pretty nice but the gate never seems to work, and is left wide open when not working. This last instance it has been broken for 2+ weeks which is extremely frustrating considering I pay $190 a month. A unit without functioning security should not cost that much. Other times I have no been able to access my unit due to a faulty gate and there have been other instances of it being left open for a prolonged time.
My inside storage unit was broken into which is no fault of the facility. However, their cameras only record for 4 days which to me is insane. I got a we are sorry and you can move your stuff (what's left) to another facility, followed by "they wouldn't blame me if I did". Just not handled well with little regard or concern about the incident.
