Called Dave Spencer at Lake Murray Construction to have my roof replaced. The crew did an excellent job, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I met David Spencer while he was making house calls in my neighborhood. I had a very good vibe about him during our chat. He offered free of charge to inspect my roof yearly and report the condition and if anything would need to be addressed. In addition after significant storms with high winds or hail they would also come by to inspect it free of charge.
