Booked a family room,however the unit never had a 3rd bed as mentioned in room description. The tv didnt work and I didnt receive any email or call about my check in details or where to pick up the key from until I followed up over the phone(tried several times over multiple days before anyone answered). I also sent an email after I failed to connect with anyone over phone to reach out with some queries before checking in, never received the response back. Had moisture damage on walls.
Have stayed here before. A good location, very comfortable and staff are friendly and accommodating. This is always my chosen place when I visit my family
Room 9. Very strong smell of sewerage and ?dead animals. Place needs a complete deep cleanse. Shower drains need a good flush through frequently .
Very comfortable and pleasant stay, but needed my earplugs for the Pacific Hwy road noise up to around 10pm and from 5am onwards. That’s to be expected, given the location and a trade-off for convenience.
