Dr bone and nurses are amazing but your receptionist staff are rude and unhelpful they really let the practice down
Way under staffed re Dr's. Up to 3 week wait is unexceptionable. Other than that the office staff are fantastic as well as the Dr's
Empty surgery but won't see you, rude young girl on desk, send you to their surgery at Lake Haven for a 4 hour wait.
