FROM THE VERY FIRTST TIME THAT I VISITED THE MOTEL, I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE "HOMINESS" OF THE MOTEL GROUNDS. THE QUIETNESS OF THE AREA WAS SO PEACEFUL AND INVITING. This locally owned motel is quaint, clean and affordable. The owners of this 9 unit motel are friendly and accomodating. The rooms have a kitchnette, microwave and compact refrigerator. We highly recommend this motel. The Lake Motel overlooks beautiful Lake Onalaska and we call it our "ice fishing vacation haven". We are pleased to know that small locally owned motels are not a thing of the past!
this is a cozy place .with affordable rooms .they have a fish cleaning room and freezers to keep the fish in till you are reedy to go home.a place to park your boat and plug them in to.Try it you will love it.
