UPDATE: I took it somewhere else and it was the carburetor! This guy says there is NO chance they replaced it. It actually had dead mummified mice in it. There were multiple chewed wires as well. The new guy has been very honest with us and was able to show us what was wrong and said yes we were lied to and this mower was not rebuilt as we were led to believe. How can you have a working business if you never answer the phone?
I feel scammed by these guys and they don't answer their phone so I can't even complain to them. Bought a $1,400 mower from them Easter Weekend. The owner and his son told me that the mower had been rebuilt and was in fantastic condition. We took their word for it. It started and I drove around thier lot. They delivered it, immediately that day it was backfiring and the choke was extremely difficult to pull. We called and it took them days to come by. These are great guys. They really know what they are doing.
Picked up my lawn mower one day, dropped it off completely overhauled after 5 years without service the next day 10/10 fair pricing, honest, and bonus points for a handsome pupper dog. Dropped off the right mower even though I couldn't pick mine out of a line up, I only knew it was mine because of a key I had left in the cup holder. I will be back with more equipment that is sitting in the garage getting dusty awaiting repair + pupper lovin
