Ugh, ordered sympathy flowers from this florist for a local delivery and here is the photo. Compare to the online photo. It’s just not fair to misrepresent their product.
Ordered Mother’s Day flowers from here for delivery, had a great experience and beautiful flowers. There was a mistake where my mom was actually out of town when the flowers were delivered, Lake Mohawk Flower Co was so understanding and kind about the situation, Cathy especially. They kept me updated and were able to deliver a new bouquet when my mom was back in town. Surprised to see all the low reviews, but honestly, my experience with Lake Mohawk Flowers and Cathy could not be better. Definitely will order again!
I got my flowers for international women’s day, the flowers are okay, def not the freshest, but the worst thing is that they came in a wooden box that is leaking and the box itself looks dirty which totally ruined it for me. Also my husband called three times asking not to deliver the flowers cause he wanted it to be a surprise and pick it up himself, and no one got back to him and the flowers got delivered and the surprise was ruined. Cathy was wonderful, she put together a lovely assortment for my friends’s baby!!! Ordered through her website and was delighted with the seamless delivery.
I stopped at lake Mohawk flowers and while the sign was lit up saying it was open and the online hours and sign in the door hours said that it was open, the door was locked. I knocked on the door and no one answered even though the lights were on. I proceeded to call and leave a message and more than 24 hours later I still have not received a call back. Was very excited to try out this local flower shop and extremely disappointed that I wasn't even given a call back regarding my visit.
