My mother has been in independent living at Lake Minnetonka Shores for 2 1/2 years now. She loves the staff and new friends she has made. I stay there when visiting and find everything very comfortable. As far as improvement recommendations I will say, the food at the restaurant is not good. It’s unhealthy and salty, service has become very slow. This is a big opportunity to improve the restaurant menu with healthy choices, I’m sure for the most part residents would maybe pay a bit more for the healthy food choices!
