I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one! I saw Dr. Nelson & Dr. Tiziani. and their team for some complex orthodontic work and this was by far the best experience I have had at an orthodontist despite how much work was needed to be done. They do a wonderfully thorough consultation and have lovely staff. Pamela was so personable and you could tell she genuinely cared. Dr. Nelson was very nice and thorough and helped guide me to the best treatment plan. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to friends and family and I will be back.
It’s true that Invisalign involves some fuss (daily tray cleaning, brushing around bumpy attachments, etc.) But Lake Minnetonka Ortho’s stellar oversight of the entire Invisalign process made wearing adult braces nearly enjoyable! My office appointments were consistently on-time, filled with precise updates and clear instructions on “what’s next”.
