I had the pleasure of working with Brent Green, Kari Fanzini and Heather Kelch to get a mortgage for a piece of land I was buying. I don't think you could give worse service if you formed a committee to create a bad service program. They wont answer the phone and so they say leave a message and they will return the call in 48 hours but after several attempts and several 48 hour periods, they never do. The Grand Rapids "home Office" wont either. I have a simple question but cant get an answer and no branches are open near me. I have no idea how to fix this issue and my mortgagee will be given late fees because they wont tell me my account number and ther... read more
