We love our Credit Union ❤️
I have been banking with LMCU for over 10 years. We have our mortgage, a quad loan, checking, savings, and credit card. I also had a truck loan and sold the truck. The person at the branch helped me pay the loan off, stamped the title, and gave the buyer a lien release letter on the spot. I've had my share of issues, but that happens anywhere you go. We now live 2.5 hours from any nearest branch and we still choose to keep our accounts with LMCU.
Great place to bank and work.
Very disappointed with my experience with LMCU over the last couple of months. I do NOT recommend them for anything: banking, lending, anything. No one knows who's doing what. Definitely a joke of a place.
LMCU's general confusion about the process of initiating a mortgage and handoffs between more and less experienced employees nearly tanked our closing, then the website repeatedly posted inaccurate balances in my account, so that I had to call and request corrections more than once. I paid off the mortgage years early so I wouldn't have to deal with this place anymore. I'm a big fan of CUs generally, but this one seems not very professional. Would not recommend.
