LMCU is horrible! I have been using them for over nine years and it's been nothing but problems lately. They currently are not letting any of my family access our money, because my son has fraud on his account. We have even brought evidence in person to show them, and they are still not unlocking our other accounts. There is nobody working with us, the entire bank chain is against us, and this is a horrible feeling for somebody to treat you like this when they are holding onto all your money. Consistently long waiting times. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive through or in the back. Waited 8 minutes in drive through just to be helped and no one else was at drive through. So frustrating!
I went to apply for a credit card and I was attended by Michelle Schrier. The application process was not explained thoroughly by Michelle and she never mentioned or confirmed which credit card I was applying for. Also, she continued to make unnecessary comments, questioning my reasoning for not applying to another bank, as well as going to another LMCU branch. She was impolite, lacked manners and had lack of consideration.
