I had 5 contractors come out to my house to give me an estimate and many of them used high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to sign with them on the spot. LMC was straight forward with us and easy to work with. They made sure that my wife and I had all of our questions answered and worked with us on different options to fit what we needed. After most recent storm that caused a severe damage to many homes in Holland, we were in need of a new roof. These guys stepped up, showed up, worked efficiently with my insurance company and installed a brand new roof in just one day. Very smooth operation. Great service.
Lake Michigan Construction recently completed the residing of my garage. The quoting process was easy and straightforward—the owner personally came out, took his time to go over the project with us, and showed us different color options, which we really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than expected for the actual work to begin, but once it started, the subcontractors they used did a nice job.
