Working with Lake Michigan Construction was an absolute pleasure. They came to inspect our roof and told us where the water was coming in. They were also able to fix the problem on the same day. We did not feel pressured to move forward with their services. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, as I had expected it to be higher. The team were very kind and easy to talk to. I feel like they really went above and beyond what we were expecting. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs.
Big thank you to Lake Michigan Construction! We had a leaky roof surprise us this past week, and they came out quickly to take care of it. They found a solution that will prevent any further damage while giving us time to save for a new roof—a solution I’m not sure every company would have offered. Our experience with Lake Michigan Construction & Roofing was excellent! The staff was easy to work with and very friendly to get an initial inspection/quote; the pricing was very competitive; and the crew and quality was top notch! They got the teardown and install of our roof done in roughly 6 hours, and were extremely thorough in all of their work and especially cleanup afterwards. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough for anyone needing a new roof!

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Lake Michigan Construction & Roofing. They replaced my roof, siding, and windows, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I understood each step. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and cleaned up thoroughly every day. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My home looks incredible, and it's clear they tak... read more
