The maintenance (Kevin) is very knowledgeable, upfront, respectful and very accomodating. Nowadays, you'll never find a maintenace as great as Kevin.
I had a tour with Peyton Holle , she was just awesome and friendly making you feel like home .
We've been living here for years. This community is peaceful and quite until 1 family moved-in. They've been partying and playing very loud music couple times a week until late night, parking in fire lanes etc. We raised the concern to the management but did even bother to respond and handle the situation.
