Scheduled a tour. Received a confirmation. Showed up to find the leasing office closed with no prior communication. Walked the grounds and there was trash throughout the parking lot and goose poo all over the sidewalks. Best of luck if you choose to live here.
These townhomes are AMAZING! They are older townhomes, but the extra space, privacy, large private garage directly tied to units, extra storage and layout of the homes are great for the price! Office Manager Andrea & Ten are amazing, and the maintenance team is very responsive. As a first-time renter of an apartment, my experience was seamless. - Happy New Tenant!

Management is very hard to get a hold of. Keep raising the rent. The website has pictures of people swimming out from the inlet located in the centers but let's be real, it's more of a swamp/wet land now. Cute ducks tho. Windows are paper thin, so all heat you create from the baseboard heaters goes right thought them. Old hardware in a lot of the units. Kevin, the maintenance guy, is awesome though.
