Handled quick and efficient
Quite and peaceful by the lake. Apartments need repairs as rent is going up every year. Overall, nice place to rent. Ten has been very good with communication unlike previous management.
I had the absolute Pleasure of being shown a few homes there at Township Lake Meridian by the leasing agent Tenacia, aka "Ten," as she goes by, On TWO Separate Showing Dates and...... She is THEEEE MOST Engaging, Patient, Knowledgeable And Down-To-Earth Tour Guide/Leasing Agent That I've Dealt With And I Seen Lots Of Homes Over The Last Month! Scheduled a tour. Received a confirmation. Showed up to find the leasing office closed with no prior communication. Walked the grounds and there was trash throughout the parking lot and goose poo all over the sidewalks. Best of luck if you choose to live here.
