Kevin is very good Maintenance i’ve been living here since 2017 and he’s one of the best I see coming through to this apartment complex
Handled quick and efficient
Quite and peaceful by the lake. Apartments need repairs as rent is going up every year. Overall, nice place to rent. Ten has been very good with communication unlike previous management.
I had the absolute Pleasure of being shown a few homes there at Township Lake Meridian by the leasing agent Tenacia, aka "Ten," as she goes by, On TWO Separate Showing Dates and...... She is THEEEE MOST Engaging, Patient, Knowledgeable And Down-To-Earth Tour Guide/Leasing Agent That I've Dealt With And I Seen Lots Of Homes Over The Last Month! The homes are a Little bit out of our price range and a liiittle too far from work for my finacé, even tho the Kent Train Station is 10mins away, she just doesn't wanna ride the train ... read more
