The management here is AWFUL. If you ever not want to feel unwanted by management do not move here! Save yourself a headache. You will find them to be rude, unhelpful, hard to get a hold of. I get the impression they do not like any improvements done to the outside of these homes here. I would like to know who owns this property as I think they should know wha goes on here for these 55+ People. Affordable Housing - Fabulous Location – Small 76 space 55+ waterfront park on north end of Lake Meridian on east hill of Kent and only one mile to stores. Variety of older single wide homes and newer double wides with nice green area between homes. Good lake fishing and swimming and views of Mt.Rainier and Cascades. Holly not so great – Except now Holly fired A great Maintence man, and then she hired her boyfriend who just got out of prison for a FELONY, he is now the maintenence man. so the parole board won't throw him back into PRISON. Several people in our community do not like her for several reasons that are unbefitting a property manager. I am attempting to get a hold of the actual owners so that they can look into this Firing and hiring and other actions as of late.

New Manger at Lake Meridian Estates – Holly Cote is the best manager. She took over for that phsyco Mary. Way to go Holly! This is a great place to live now that you are managing it.

Manager terminated and evicted! – Mary Gere was fired and evicted from Lake Meridian Estates for suspicious behavior and "irregularities in her duties as manager." Her daughter, Kelly Reed, who had been acting manager, was also forcibly removed from Lake Meridian Estates MHP. Mrs. Gere had been taken to court for harassment . She was also suspected of filing a fraudulent medical claim for a bogus "traffic injury."

Manager's Bizarre Behavior – Mary Gere has been fired as manager of this park for "bizarre" behavior. However, she still resides in the park and directs her daughter to mismanage. Five residents have made arrangements to leave this park since Ms. Gere faked an automobile accident to get a resident evicted. Ms. Gere is being taken to court for her offenses.

Beautiful Views of the Mt. Rainier. On-site Managers seem very curtious, and professional. – I am interested in living at Lake Meridian Estates. This is my second experience living in a Mobile Home Community; the first was a rental, this one would b e an onsite purchase. The Manager has been terrific to work with. Any Manager of a business is obligated to represent that business in a professional way. I have had nothing but excellent service from the her. AVOID! – My wife and I are considering filing discrimination suit against Mrs. Gere, the manager of this mobile home park. We happen to be African-American, and she did everything possible to discourage our renting. Very rude and acts as though she is disturbed.

Manager is psychotic – Manager behaves as if she had experience with the gestappo. She is very MEAN! (November 2007) She will threaten you with eviction if she doesn't like you.
