I knew I wanted to join LMC by the end of the trial class. It has such a welcoming environment, and our coach is amazing! They ensure you are correctly doing the movements to avoid injury and you can always modify the workouts as needed. They have a great app that lets you sign up for classes, view the schedule, read about the workout for that day, and document your reps/weight different workouts. I love it here and would highly recommend!

Love this gym. Super friendly (Coach Brooke is the best) and the workouts are great! This has been my first time doing Crossfit and I appreciate that they focus on making sure you're lifting correctly so you don't hurt yourself. HIGHLY recommend Lake Medina CrossFit!!
Lake Medina CrossFit is very friendly and welcoming. They are encouraging and supportive. They teach you proper form and help you reach your goals. Coach Brooke is super down to earth and will make even beginners like me feel right at home! I walk in feeling excited and leave feeling accomplished. I'm so thankful for LMC.
