The receptionist “Anne” is VERY rude and lack customer service skills.
Very quick, very professional. Good job!!
Everyone was professional and ON TIME! There were three people that I interacted with from the sign in receptionist to the assistant for MRIs to the MRI technician . Each one was timely,friendly,efficient and a good communicator. Best medical services I have had in a long time. Little difficult to find but well worth the trouble!
haven't been there yet (Feb appointment), BUT apparently having called twice for info ,they have no help for handicap to get from park lot to building which for me IMO is not close ,I use a walker.... or they have no valet..it's up to me to figure it out as I was told !
I am a veteran and have a mammogram appointment scheduled through community care for lake medical imaging. The location I am closest to is the summerfield address, so I simply called to have this appointment moved to that location. The call center clerk who answered asked for my last name and said I have an appointment at the Sharon Morse l location.
