Hands down the easiest experience I could have had. I was the last appointment of the day so you know they were ready to go home. Ms. Karter and Mackenzie at the desk are so sweet and kind. Ms. Karter was extremely patient with me as I was digging around trying to find my insurance card. Doris and Kaylene made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen for my procedure. If I could give a ZERO I would. I returned a call to the imaging center and called to schedule my appointment for a mamogram. I have gone there for all of my mamograms except 1. The gentleman on the phone would not schedule an appointment for me without having the previous screening results. My doctor had already sent the referral. The scheduler was focused on a mammogram that I had somewhere else and told me I needed to have those results before they would schedule my mammogram.
