Building old layout confusing people sleeping in main lobby!!!
The Dr that took care of me was great had supior bedside manner I am deaf slightly and told him and he spoke louder and he and the staff all of them are great if you need any thing in the readioligy done ,"x-ray,floriscopy,MRI,cat scan anything ask for Dr Keith kastelic he is wonderful I told I am autistic too he knew how to talk to me to get my floriscopy done gave me easy instrions and was nice
Staff is rude. They dont call to schedule appointments yet say they did. They wait for information from the patient that could easily be accessed thru a medical request. Highly not recommended, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!!
Had a biopsy on October 28th. I was told results would be in 5 days and primary care doc would be notified. It's now 15 days later and no one has an answer. Primary care has received nothing. My primary care said LMI should not have told me 5 days as they have not seen results in this type test for 2 weeks or so. Unacceptable.
I have been coming to Lake Imaging for 20 years and I have never been treated with such care and professionalism than I had on Oct. 29th at 4PM. The Technician's name is Andi Nipple. She announced everything she was doing before she did it. It was wonderful, did not hurt nearly as much as many times before! Please give her my accolades, please!
