If stress was a building,this would be its headquarters. Honestly, if this place had a 1 month trial, you’d move out before your Wi-Fi even connected. Move-in day was unforgettable. mostly because I walked into what looked like a scene from a cleaning crew’s unfinished nightmare. Lake Meadow : Four Stars 400 East 33rd Street Beautiful location leasing office & staff was very friendly prompt & efficient in helping with the transition in the application process & moving in policy and procedures near shopping center jewel grocery store, LA fitness ,fast food, beauty shop ,gas station dog park & playground for children only ten to fifteen minutes walk to bus/train station only few minutes from the downtown loop area nice friendly community diversity of people
Worst apartments no maintenance no service turned off heaters in -10degrees celsius and dont even respond for complaints
The worst part is that there’s no effort from the staff to improve or make the situation right. It feels like they are just going through the motions without any regard for the experience or satisfaction of their tenants. This is not the kind of service I expected when choosing to live here, and it has made the entire leasing process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.
