Lake Meadow community by Centex homes is a great, quiet and a Promising upcoming community in Princeton, TX. Everyone at the office was very nice and helpful. Mr William Yancy, a customer care manager went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered promptly, Thanks will.
Here is my honest, I went to the sales office and spoke with Karen, she is dishonest and a liar, she is acting like she helping you but she is not, she said that we can’t use some lender credit but thats was not true. She went on vacation and Nicholas took over and he did help us and made the process so easy. Working with Keren was a great accomplishment. The rest of the team were friendly and nice as well. The neighborhood is great, quiet, friendly and fast growing.
The HOA has NO COMMUNICATION!! I've reached out to them twice, and my husband 3 times! NO response! Ridiculous, and VERY unprofessional!! Supposedly our HOA person is Lisa?? Yea, I've left several voicemails but NOTHING!!! No pool/Splash Pad, No covered playground, no Baby swings!! No Amenities!!!
This is such a great neighborhood. Everyone is friendly, the houses are built well and Keren and Francisco have been the easiest, kindest people to work with. As first time home buyers we almost settled for a older home in Wylie. We feel blessed that our realtor found us this neighborhood. Closing was a breeze and our family is excited to start our future here.
