My experience here was great up until office staff built a vendetta against me. there is absolutely no patient-centered care here. when i confronted office staff about it they gave me a total lie. i was charged for an appointment they caused me to miss considering they refused to answer the phone for my telephone visit. i don’t have to be profiled as a drug addict when i call with concerns about my appointment and medications. i was very offended with the care i received here nothing but hostility and no compassion whatsoeve... read more
Wonderful staff and providers who truly care and are just trying to help people.
Extremely satisfied with customer service provided by Neil, he helped with the initial assessment and insurance copay info, Neil was super helpful and friendly. My main concern is affordability will be reporting back soon.
Find a different provider staff think you can’t take your money and business elsewhere I’m sure the Dr knows
