Abysmal billing practices. This office failed to send a single text or place one phone call, instead allegedly sending notifications to an incorrect address. I received my first-ever call from a debt collection agency for a bill I didn’t even know existed. I settled the balance immediately upon discovery, but the damage is done. Their lack of professional due diligence is staggering. I will never return.
Friendly staff quick and easy in & out
I never felt so unheard or dismissed by a primary in my life. Dr. Schuster is who I currently see and I am just a number to him rush in rush out concerns not heard or dismissed by him. I went for an abdominal ultrasound Tuesday last week after I had to explain to him I KNEW it wasn’t acid reflux which he called anti acid meds anyways. ultra sound proved it to be my Gallbladder which she said she would send to be read by him but her experience it needed to be removed. Dr. Schuster is my very first doctor as an adult. I was never able to have a doctor and I can’t believe I am so blessed to have him. He supports and treats me through a very difficult diagnosis and is very painful and hard to treat and I wouldn’t ask for a better doctorand not only that today I overheard another doctor right next-door dr.
