I never felt so unheard or dismissed by a primary in my life. Dr. Schuster is who I currently see and I am just a number to him rush in rush out concerns not heard or dismissed by him. I went for an abdominal ultrasound Tuesday last week after I had to explain to him I KNEW it wasn’t acid reflux which he called anti acid meds anyways. ultra sound proved it to be my Gallbladder which she said she would send to be read by him but her experience it needed to be removed. Dr. Schuster is my very first doctor as an adult. I was never able to have a doctor and I can’t believe I am so blessed to have him. He supports and treats me through a very difficult diagnosis and is very painful and hard to treat and I wouldn’t ask for a better doctorand not only that today I overheard another doctor right next-door dr. Donna is the most precious nurse. She lights up a room! So friendly and welcoming. Dr Littman was kind, helpful, and listened to my variety of needs for this visit today. Will be recommending this place to everyone in the area and returning for further care.
The staff of Dr. Littmann is neither professional, nor helpful. It took my mother and aunt entirely too long to get any help with my grandmother, a stroke survivor. My grandmother’s health has steadily declined, and unfortunately, you have to have a referral to see a specialist. Why you can’t just go to the source to get better beats me, but I digress.
