What can I said first it took them 9 months to complete the house. At the beginning they told me it was custom when I pick the materials that I want like instead of granite I want quartz they told me that it couldn't be done. Then also I the beginning the seller/realtor was in a rush didn't allow us enough time to think which model we want for sure. We were living 9 hours from the model house so everything was online/virtual. So if I recommended it no definitely not.
I cannot say enough positive things about Maronda Homes and our Realtor Chris Shaw. From the very beginning of this process, Chris was front and center with us every step of the way! He was there to answer any question that we had with everything from the construction to the design of the house. He sent us weekly updates via text messages and photos when our home finally started to come together. We purchased our first home through Maronda and began the building process for it in mid-October. While it is only our first night here, I want to say that they have done an amazing job with the home! We have had very minor things come up as we have unpacked and the construction manager — Curtis — has fixed all of them for us or got someone scheduled to come out within 24 hours.
