Super communicative, friendly, and reasonably priced. Sam did a great job cleaning my apartment— she clearly picked up and dusted under all my knickknacks, got often-forgotten places like the shoe rack, and even took care of some long-ground-in dirt on the textured floor of my bathtub. I’ll definitely use Lakemaids for any cleaning needs in the future!

Had our first deep clean, and Sam, Felicia, and Charisma did a great job. They really focused on the areas I asked to prioritize (kitchen and laundry room). Got our washer and dryer looking brand new and even cleaned our high chair and toddler tower. There were a couple things I provided some feedback on and they were really kind and receptive to that for next time!

The Good: friendly staff, easy to schedule, good price The Bad: one staff arrived an hour late and the other staff was getting trained in that day so was very new to the process. Despite arriving an hour late to a four hour deep clean, they left promptly at 3:59pm. Due to this hour missed, my kitchen wasn't ever swept/mopped, cobwebs were still in the corners of my ceiling and hanging from my ceiling fan, and many other major things were left undone. We absolutely love Sam with Lake Maids Cleaning! After dealing with an unreliable cleaner for years—frequent cancellations and inconsistent service—it’s been such a relief to find a company we can truly count on. Lake Maids is consistently reliable, incredibly friendly, and their communication is top-notch.
