Wow! I had no idea when I woke up I would have to go the ER. I was greeted when I arrived and immediately got seen in and told what to expect. I did have to wait a bit for my CT scan but it was great to be able to see what was wrong with me and go home knowing. Special Mention was the doc Manfred. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain options and explained the plan once I got home!!! I would highly recommend Lake Mac ER!!!

Went to Belmont hospital with a broken bone new it was going to be a at least a 10-12 hour wait so came here and was seen and had a xray after 5 hours much better than 10-12 hours

I attended the ED at 3am. I was very ill, triaged immediately, cannula in, then admitted for 11 days. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The nurses, doctors were so on the ball and were very good. Sure you pay but I would prefer that to 4-8 hrs sitting waiting to be triaged,then seen and treated etc as in a public hospital. Very efficient. More recently, we attended twice with my husband and he was admitted on the 2nd presentation and was there 8 days. Cannot recommend this service highly enough. Visited on New Year's Day twice and subsequent visit 2 days later. Attention and care for teenage son was terrific. Administrators, nurses, security guard, cleaner, drs and senior doc all very kind. Thank you.
