Patient or no patient, every human being has the right to human decency and respect. When I walked in and asked to the use the toilet. Instead I was spoken to rudely and refused. Everyone has the right to use the toilet as a basic human rightm and the right to not have to go outside like an animal or stew in urine or poo. But no not this lot. At least where I work, I will happily let someone in to use the toilet, because that is what descent human beings do.
