I will start with the positives. We called Lake Lure Heating and Air about 9 o’clock on Friday night when our heat was not working. He answered the call right away and came over within a few minutes. We had done some work on the wall near the thermostat and thought maybe we had damaged the wire. He discovered that the fuse had blown on the unit, replaced it and the heat came on.
