I have used Lake Lure Flooring on multiple occasions. They are amazing. They have come to my house to help me in urgent situations. Their work is amazing. I highly recommend they go above and beyond. Tammy and Terri are great and Lucas is awesome. Cody is the kindest and super helpful. Sorry to whoever I missed.

While the flooring work itself may have been completed, the professionalism afterward was extremely disappointing. After finishing work at my girlfriend’s home, the worker who performed the job contacted her personally and said that if her relationship ever didn’t work out, he would be happy to take her on a date. He had been inside our home, knew she was in a committed relationship, and this crossed a serious professional boundary. Had an incredible experience putting in new floors throughout our entire home. The team here is extremely nice, transparent, and knows their stuff. The other big upside is that Terry is a licensed contractor so we were able to get help on other projects we needed done! Couldn’t recommend LL Flooring enough!!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew was on time, professional, and took great care to protect our furniture and clean up every day. They fixed several squeaks in our old subfloor that we’ve lived with for years, and the new flooring feels so solid and high-end. It’s rare to find contractors who treat your home with this much respect!
