This place is so over priced for what you get in return. Our shower wouldn’t drain, dirty bathroom grout, and ants on our bed when we arrived. Also, the parking lot is a mess because this is where one of the main shuttles departs to go up to Lake Louise. We were very disappointed.
10/10 experience We stayed in one of the newly renovated suites and it was so clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and it was easy to check in. Comfy beds and beautiful views all around! Great location! I'm ready to go back!
