I purchased a piling light several years ago and placed on a dock in Charleston Harbor. It remains in perfect operating shape. I am buying more for other docks now. This is a great company that makes great products!
I had applied and interviewed for a controller position with this company. Got called in for an interview and Jeff, which owns the place, talked to me in a warehouse for a time, then informed me he would follow up with me and never did. All I had ask for was to let me know one way or the other so I would know, and he couldn't even be bothered to do that. Fantastic Customer Service!!! I had ordered 2 four packs of lights for my dock, and when they arrived it was two individual lights. This was Monday night and I needed them for a Friday night party. I left a voicemail Monday night without much confidence. I received a call early Tuesday morning and they could not have been more helpful. I had my correct order on my doorstep by Thursday morning!
