I would highly recommend Lake Lifts if you need a boat lift. I contacted them to get an estimate to install a boat lift and canopy. They were more affordable and did right by me when they installed the wrong lift.
I bought a used boat lift from Lake Lifts by telephone. I was assured the lift was in very good condition. However, when they "dumped it off" and "set it up" I discovered it was in poor condition and was never set up properly for my boat. The lift was not even attached to the dock or properly leveled. There was no service or inspection. It needs new bunks and guides, lubrication and adjustment, but after multiple calls to Jason for follow up service, I was told it would be months before they could get back to make correction... read more
Unbelievably unprofessional! Called Brett numerous times to get a lift installed. Doesn’t answer, left multiple voicemails, and no call back. He had confirmed to start on Monday, then he pushes it to Wednesday. And today is Friday and no call back, no text message, nothing. I don’t understand how Brett conducts business like this. It’s ridiculous!
Fantastic communication and service. Jason and Brett go above and beyond. Very happy with my Hewitt lift!
