We did not have enough gas for a full day rental; ran out of gas 2.5 hours before rental was up. They would not give us any Credit ! We are very disappointed in this company for the way we were treated.
We were anxious because we could not find a place that still had boats to rent for the day. We came here and luckily they had a lot left in stock. It was the same price for the pontoon 150HP as the ski boat so we ended up going with the ski boat for four hours. The process went smoothly and they explained everything well. Our boat was nice and in good condition. We had a really fun time and will rent from them again!
Clearly lots of fake reviews on here. That’s because they need to improve their rating since all of the real reviews are terrible. We had rented for years between us and another family and this was definitely our last time. Just like all the other reviews, they tried to push ridiculous damage fees on us, were incredibly rude about it and insulting, then would not let us talk to anyone beyond the first manager. Horrible costume service, fraudulent charges, and disgraceful management! Please consider using a different boat rental company! The 5 star reviews must be fake and should be ignored. I honestly cannot believe I am writing this review after 10 YEARS of renting from Lake Life Boat Rentals.
