Stay away from this place. I had a 1yr lease there. Glad to finally have my camper out of there!!! Rent is REDICULOUSLY expensive & they just raised it yet again. The trash pickup “monthly charge” was almost double then what I pay at my house. They just raised it again also. The office manager is rarely available or on property. They are EXTREMELY sue happy & threaten with attorneys nonstop. Always paid rent by due date. On one occasion slipped up & got a money order for rent. That was .20 cents short you read that correct .... read more

Working for this company has been a most amazing experience and I’ve been amazing this property alone is well-kept and well-maintained the residents are fantastic the maintenance and Groundskeeper staff work exceptionally hard to make sure that the property is in tiptop shape
