Very disappointing experience and, frankly, unacceptable customer service. Over the past two days, I received a couple of last minute phone calls about an appointment that was supposedly scheduled months ago. I had no record of it in my calendar and did not receive any meaningful reminder that would have allowed me to plan around it. I had blepharoplasty for my drooping eyelids done by Dr. Khambati the beginning of December. He was great and kept me comfortable the entire time. I had much less bruising and swelling than I expected but but still have mild bruising and swelling a week later. I was concerned because I had a Christmas party three days later but I was comfortable attending. Know that I don't consider myself vain and others may not be comfortable going out that quickly. I have been really nervous about getting LASIK for years but after I was recommended Dr Khambati by a past patient I decided to take the leap. I was a candidate for SMILE and it is the best decision I’ve ever made. 2 days out and my life is changed! I can see so clearly and the recovery has been so easy. The entire procedure took about 10 minutes and the doctor was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough.
