Lake Law Firm has been a blessing to work with over the last 2 years. We don't know what we'd have done without their assistance, with 3 different legal matters.
I paid $3000 on retainer. A month later they still have not been able to send a single Demand Letter. I keep sending e-mails to them asking for more information about my case, but they ignore my e-mails. Every week I make phone calls trying to contact my lawyer, but he is never in the office. They claim they will call me back but they never do. This is madness

You guys sent a certified letter to the wrong company. Someone out there is paying you good money for you to represent them and you can’t even do your due diligence and find the right parties involved. Get a better paralegal. Be a professional.
