I was called as a witness in a case being handled by Shiela Lake and her team What I witnessed was a master class it was clear she was at the top of her game and she controlled the flow of the courtroom. If I ever need a lawyer I will be calling Lake Law firm !!
HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - Have no concept about manners, being civil or common courtesy - they talk over you, call you back and scream and argue - FO RNO REASON. I gave them my credit card to pay a $25 bill and continously get pursued to pay it again and again and again - now they dont work for the HOA anymore because they fell out - surprise surprise and they wont call them to simply say the $25 is paid - ALL THIS DRAMA because they are upset with my HOA ?? !! I would 1000% recommend this law firm for your real estate matters. Sheri is very knowledgeable and she handled every aspect professionally and in a timely manner. She communicated often so I knew everything going on. I am very grateful for her help and her team. I don't believe the case was handled very well. We were handed off twice to 3 different lawyers, documents that I had emailed were lost and needed sent multiple times, the lawyer kept using the incorrect verbiage in front of the mediator and in documents, and overall I had to manage all calls/emails with the law firm. There were many communication break downs on their end. I truly felt like they kept forgetting about us.
