We bought some land through these people. I will never make that mistake again. We worked directly with the owner of the company. He is the biggest JERK you will ever meet. I highly recommend going through another company.
Jackie Donaghue was our rep. sold us a house on Lake Hartwell after much searching. Outstanding agent will to do what ever needed to help us make the transition. Even to a act of help in us moving into our new home. Great personality too.
Horrible real estate company. After a year of no showings, no advertising, no web presence, owner/agent brought in a client (whom we believe was a personal friend) just before contract was about to expire. Owner/agent allowed buyer to have last minute appraisal done to undercut the price and used scare tactics with elderly seller, trying to force the sale to happen.
