Lake Land Fiberglass recently completed several services for our 32 ft. sailboat, including numerous gelcoat repairs, overall cleaning and gelcoat restoration (polishing and polymer sealing), and fresh bottom paint. The quality of their work was excellent, and what really set them apart was their customer service. Cullen and Bob are excellent! They understand sailboats and do exception restoration work. While i hope to not need them again, they are my first choice!
Met with Bob to discuss fiberglass vehicle repairs. He asked me to check back in six weeks when his schedule opened up. When I reached out exactly as requested, I was completely ghosted. Despite sending multiple texts, calling, and leaving voicemails, I received zero response. While they may do good work based on reputation, their customer service and follow-up communication are incredibly disappointing.
