I've been taking my son here for 3 years now, and we have had zero issues!! It's a kid friendly environment, with different things for the kids to do while they wait to be called back. Dr. Lau is amazing and patient with the kiddos, and his dental hygienist, Kelly, is sooo sweet and gentle! She was made to work with littles :) my son looks forward to picking out his 'prize' after every cleaning! If you're considering taking your littles here, I HIGHLY recommend :)

The dentist here and most of the staff are very sweet. There's one dental hygienist (the older one) there who got very visibly annoyed with me being concerned about have my five year old x-rayed, even after I explained I have a bachelor's in biology and I'm just trying to not to expose her to radiation without a need. Instead of remaining respectful she scoffed at me and started telling me how they're protected. Well, why is there a sign saying "DANGER, RADIATION" before you enter the room? Incredible dentist and staff! It's worth the hour drive we take because he is amazing at what he does:-)
i called as new patients for my three daughters, i had to book out over 6 weeks which is fine. i completed all my paperwork early through the online portal. and i was on the way to my kids cleaning and under 30 min before their scheduled time i get a call to tell me that they dont take my insurance. it was a complete waste of time and waiting for my kids when they had my information for over 6 weeks and could have easily told me in advance it was very mismanaged.
