Edited per request of business* Nice people…….terrible quality of equipment. The boat was in terrible condition. The control panel was falling off the dashboard. The instrument panel was not clearly marked with what everything was. The seats were faded and looked very old. The ladder to go in and out of the water was not easy to manipulate and kept falling. They delivered two skis to us for an 3 day rental and came to pick them up after. Skis worked great. Prices were good. Service was great. I will certainly rent from them again.
Not happy with the quality of the boat, but the customer service was excellent! We rented a boat from them for Father's Day. I was not at all impressed when we got on the boat and it looked nothing like the pictures. Most of the seats were ripped and holding water in the cushions. We struggled to get the radio to work. The wakeboard we rented from them was missing a lace on the boot. I was starting to get frustrated considering the amount I spent on the rental. If you are looking to rent a boat this is the place. We made a trip from Arizona to Lake Keowee for a vacation. Justin was amazing I called with a bunch of questions. Justin took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. The customer service is excellent and the boat was amazing. I highly recommend this company.
