Everyone from the top down has been just so comforting, competent, and attentive to all of us involved not just our loved one entering the facility. I cannot say enough positive things about the Phoenix at Lake Joy. The genuine love and care that was shown to my mother-in-law surpassed all of our expectations. The staff truly cares about their residents and go above and beyond in caring for them. They provide so many activities to keep their residents active and connected.
