The staff so far has been wonderful. They eased my mind as I was apprehensive about leaving my mom. They make you feel at ease and I feel such a relief that my mom is taken care of. They are respectful of what our needs are and soooooo helpful. They tell me I am no bother at all. I am very pleased with everything thus far. And most importantly is my mom likes it and seems very happy. The atmosphere is very bright and cheery.
It’s a great facility. They take care of my mother, they go above and beyond. Best place ever.
I can’t begin to give a review fitting for the Phoenix on Lake Joy. My mother was here for just a short time, but the time she was here left an impact on our hearts. The kindness, and quality care that was shown to my mother and our family will never be forgotten. The memory care unit was A+ phenomenal. If you are making this decision for your loved one look no further. Michelle, Carrie, Dee and so many others; your hard work will always be remembered.
This place is too expensive for the services rendered.
