It’s a great facility. They take care of my mother, they go above and beyond. Best place ever.
I can’t begin to give a review fitting for the Phoenix on Lake Joy. My mother was here for just a short time, but the time she was here left an impact on our hearts. The kindness, and quality care that was shown to my mother and our family will never be forgotten. The memory care unit was A+ phenomenal. If you are making this decision for your loved one look no further. Michelle, Carrie, Dee and so many others; your hard work will always be remembered.
This place is too expensive for the services rendered.
We moved our Mom to the Phoenix at Lake Joy about a year and half ago. This has absolutely been the best decision we could have made. The whole staff is great and take excellent care of her. Plenty of activities and the food is good. Our family is able to rest easy knowing Mom is well cared for.
