Horrible horrible communication. No notice to their Diamond Family Practice Customers that they were changing to a new company. No mail, no email, nothing in the Portal. Not notifying patients when they come in that they No longer are in network for United Health Care.
Staff was really nice and helpful but the wait time is insane. I was like the first person there this morning. Got there at 8:10 as a walk in, front desk told me the next available was 9:30, so left and came back at 9:20. Brought me back to an examination room at 9:50 and the nurse took my vitals and checked me in, doctor didn't come in until 11:20. Nothing complicated just needed to get antibiotic eye drops and a doctors note!
Not interesting to help you. Veiting 2:45 hours.
Very rude front staff
I went here on Wednesday and was prescribed medication for seizures. There was a problem with the prescription and they have yet to fix it (Saturday night). I just talked to a nurse there asking what I should do and why it hasn’t been fixed. She just yelled at me and complained about having to work a long shift. This was even after I explained I was not blaming her for the problem.
