Very good work - came on time, very communicative and professional
Lake James Electric installed our generac several years ago. They monitor its performance and come yearly to service it. I always get a reminder about the service, it is scheduled to fit our calendar and I get a message that shows me the technician and tells me the time of arrival. The technicians have always friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but the highes praise for everyone I have worked with at Lake James Electric and highly recommend them if you need a generator installed or serviced.
I have purchased two separate Cummins home standby generators from Lake James. They work really well and I have been pleased. They were very knowledgeable and easy to contact throughout the process. I also had a separate unrelated electrical issue that I thought might be an emergency. They had someone at my house within an hour and had me fixed the same day. I highly recommend them.
New customer, requested generator service and got it scheduled and done on time within a week. Vast improvement over prior generator service contractor! I recommend LJE highly
