We had our wedding ceremony/ reception on the Chester Charles river boat at Itaska! The scenery was amazing and the Captain and the crew were awesome to work with and so accommodating! They responded quickly with any questions or concerns over the months of wedding planning. If you want an easy, fun, and unique experience, I highly recommend ! Our guests and ourselves enjoyed every minute of the changing scenery.
Was a great the experience and the Captain and crew was a pleasure to listen to and very knowledgeable on the environment and history of Schoolcraft’s route. Would 100% recommend.
If there was a zero I would be rating this a zero. I had bought our tickets online, by the time we got in the boat there were no seats available. Apparently everybody who is on a tour gets priority and I was told they pay a $200 deposit a year in advance so too bad if we oversell and their is no room left! Me, my husband and 3 children had no place to sit and were offered to stand or a refund. I paid for seats - why don't we get seats? Had a fantastic experience this evening. A musical boat tour on Lake Itasca with the incomparable Debbie Center. What a treat! I highly recomend this outfit. Kind and skilled navigating team. Bravo!
I took 7 of my Kansas grandkids to Itasca Park in July. Ages 18 down to 8. They all loved it and had a great time. To my surprise the to oldest (18&16) loved it the most. Both said they want to come back every year.
