Same as last review. Open sign, open hours online, but the door is locked. But for me, I can see someone inside right now, and even though I knocked, they ignored me. I just need a simple screen repair. On another occassion, over a year ago, I was able to enter. I needed a new data port on my phone. The man behind the counter said he didn't know what they could do and he would consult the owner. He took my number and a $20 deposit. I never heard from them. I wanted to check this place out, as I heard good things. My phone screen was badly cracked, and I took it here to get fixed. My visit was Saturday, September 7th, around 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived, the door was locked. The neon sign in the window saying "open" was lit up. In addition, another sign on the door said "Open. Come in." So I was confused why the door was locked. Shattered the screen and messed up the home button on my 6th generation iPad. Hated the thought of shelling out $470 for a new iPad. Came here and they couldn’t have been nicer! Got a new screen, fixed the home button, and put a screen protector on for me. These guys were great, but I hope I don’t see them again!

Super nice and quick. Lovely conversation. Paid about $100 for an iphone 11 screen repair. Screen works perfectly and feels much better than my old replacement.
