We booked extremely late at night, last minute. They fit us in without any fuss. Communication was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and facilities lovely. Much appreciated.

We really appreciated the service provided by the staff at The Lake Inn and the rooms are excellent. We needed to stay a few days more and reception was able to fit in our needs at a very busy time. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lake Inn Ballarat and found it an excellant Inn. It was recommended to me by a local and I'm very glad I took the advice. The people there are very friendly and happy to go the extra mile to help. The room was very comforatable, spacious and very clean. As for the location, it was just what i would have aksed for. I will not hesitate to use them again on my next visit.

I had a 3-night work stay and have been in very few, if any, motels that come close to this for roomy layout, cleanliness and attention to detail to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we changed our arrival and departure dates several times and Shellie, in the office, was always patient, courteous, helpful and cheerful when doing so.
