My feedback relates to booking - I needed to book twice (cancel once due to illness). I found on the three occassions I rang the standard LAKE number I had to wait 45-140 mins for anyone to answer the call. I find this very inconvenient especially when you see three office workers in the local offices. This is feedback to improve the customer experience; I feel for clients who are anxiously booking scans for things like cancer diagnosis etc. Funnel some profits into better booking systems please Team.
