I handed in a slip for iodine radiation therapy 3 weeks ago and was told they would contact me in two days. 3 weeks later no word so I visited Lake Imaging. Was told they forgot to put it on the system. No Sorry and made me think it was my fault. Very disappointed after working as nurse for 50 years to be treated like this 😡
