I was treated with respect and care. My treatment was done with efficiency and I trusted the radiographer he kept me informed asked questions from me at the right moment altogether a good experience
Is this a rip off or what I ask. Doctors referral said Ultra sound. 2 positions on my body. 1 referral. After having one spot done the technician said she could not do the other spot. She said I had to make another appointment. This meant I had to make another trip of 80kms. It also meant that I had to pay another fee. I protested and was told I had to come back and have the other spot done. I consider this as wasting my time and expensive fuel not to mention the additional cost involved.
