The medical staff are totally professional but the booking is useless and not fit for service. Last month after about one hour i finally got through but was put through to Geelong instead of Ballarat. Today after about three hours of the following farce: 1. Call , wait between 5-10 minutes after going though the rigmarole of what you are looking for which means typing three more numbers advised to dual 9 and wait for a call back. 2.
