Cannot flaw my experience at Lake Imagining today. Firstly, I was tended to at the reception by Clare who was absolutely delightful and made me forget about the anxiety I had regarding the reason for my visit. Then Michael, the ultrasound technician, kept me informed about each step taken, but also was lovely to chat to just about life in between. This place is a circus can’t even put in provider numbers in system probably that are clearly written, your doctor won’t get the results because of this urgently and invoice correctly.
I recently had a CT contrast scan at Lake Imaging - East Court. The staff were very efficient, professional, caring and explained the procedure in detail. I had every confidence that I was in the very best hands for this CT scan.
