It’s so disappointing and poor service I face, I had an appointment at 10:50 due to traffic I was late for 18 minutes then the receptionist told me you are late and we cancel your appointment I explain and request to help me but she told me we are private clinic and we do everything on time we can’t do anything. The same clinic I had appointment few weeks earlier and I was 7-8 minutes earlier then my appointment time they hold me for 35-40 minutes…… what my point is the service provider can do anything but the customer patie... read more
