Great service and excellent support
Gruff receptionist, lack of clear signage for parking and reception and I was made to wait for 30 minutes lying down in the bed while someone tried (unsuccessfully) to fix the Internet connection on the ultrasound machine. Desperately needs modernising. The only positive was the clinician, Angel, was very friendly. However, she did not adequately explain why I was lying down and waiting instead of getting the scan done. Oh, and the location on Google Maps is for a different clinic.
