Gruff receptionist, lack of clear signage for parking and reception and I was made to wait for 30 minutes lying down in the bed while someone tried (unsuccessfully) to fix the Internet connection on the ultrasound machine. Desperately needs modernising. The only positive was the clinician, Angel, was very friendly. However, she did not adequately explain why I was lying down and waiting instead of getting the scan done. Oh, and the location on Google Maps is for a different clinic. Great service
Relaxed experience and great to go locally rather than into Ballarat
Lake Imaging at Daylesford Hospital provides an excellent service to locals. I have had X-rays and Ultrasounds performed ar the hospital. I am so glad that I don't have to travel in to Ballarat.
All work was done professionally and efficiently.
